plotting from txt file with 3 columns

hello friends;
I created txt file that contains my results (3 columns ). I want to plot specific values (z) based on x,y axes values. Does anyone knows how to do that?

Do the desired X, Y values form a grid, or are they scattered? What kind of plot would you prefer?
