how do i link to file data to fuzzy logic toolbox?

Hi I'm doing a simulation using the fuzzy logic toolbox and I can't seem to link my to file block to the toolbox. Is there something that I'm missing?

By file block, did you mean the 'From File' block in Simulink/Sources library? Could you please elaborate the use case?
