how to match the image density with a certain reference image using hough transform

in my project i want to calculate the matching percentage of a real time image with respect to its reference image based on the density of a real time image, reference image is of empty road(that is negligible densed) now with respect to it we have to compare real time image and calculate matching percentage. i am also posting the reference(t1.jpg) and a real time image(t2)sample. now i want to detect lines along corners how can i do that.
