Annimations/moving videos

Hey All,

I have to make a animation video depicting development of the resultant plot as explained in detail as follow:

I have two data sets with x and y coordinates i.e. I have x1,y1,x2,y2 and about 50 points each. I have formulae x3 = x1-x2; y3=y1-y2. so i get 50 points as x3 and y3.

Above steps I have to show as an animated video i.e the video showing the developing curve of data set one (x1,y1) and data set 2 (x2,y2) and the resultant x3 and y3. Like the video should show the full procedure in animated form like the video in itself is complete.

Please help me regarding it.
