Legend Title for new graphics interpreter

Currently there is no title property in the legend class and the work-arounds I've seen have problems. The current work-around I'm using uses the undocumented "DecorationContainer" property to set a title, but when I save the .fig, the title is not saved.

Is there an "official" approach for getting this done?

The legend title property is present in MATLAB (R2016a). You can refer to the documentation link given below:
