How can I perform optimization, having 5 unknown parameters i.e. input and a known parameter i.e. output using genetic algorithm in Matlab, can anyone help me?

I suggest that you look at the documentation of the genetic algorithm. And look at the featured examples, too. Then, if there is something you don't understand, you can ask a specific question.
