Attempt to grow array along ambiguous dimension.

Hi,

I tried to get countour coordinates like this:

   [x,y]=find(FC(:)>thresh);
   [x1,y1]=find(FC(:)<thresh);
   [x3,y3]=find( contour([x,y])) 
   [x4,y4]= find(contour([x1,y1]))

afeter that

 S1=zeros(size(I));
 S1([y3,x3])=2;%pet
 S1([y4,x4])=1;

it gives as error Attempt to grow array along ambiguous dimension. in S1([y3,x3])=2;%pet

S1(y3,x3)=2;%pet

MATLAB does not accept both x and y indices together in a vector. These must be entered separately.
