Labview with a electrodynamic shaker and Matlab

I an using Labview and a piece of National Instruments hardware along with a electrodynamic shaker and want to put my results into Matlab. I have a current coming in at 100 sample per second at a constant frequency and want to use matlab to determine the phase and amplitude of the data coming in. I am using a sine wave.
