The bin2gray function does not generate a gray code in R2011a.

I used [y,map]=bin2gray(1,'qam',16); to get the map, then z=dec2bin(map) to list the binary numbers to the command window. Transitions from 3rd to 4th, 7 to 8, etc., involve two transitions at once, while a Gray code is designed such that only a single bit changes at a time. I assume this has been found and fixed, but I wanted to verify I wasn't doing something wrong.
