Rayleigh Fading Channel Sampling Time Parameter

Hello! I am simulating an ofdm system using LTE parameters and I want to pass my signal through the Extended Vehicular (EVA) channel. I am confused with the input parameter Ts=Sampling time of the MATLAB builtin Rayleighchan function.If 10MHz bandwidth is assumed is it the Sampling time of whole signal i.e 1/15360000 or is it the Sampling time of one symbol i.e 1/15000?
