ode15i Jacobian Matrix

I have used the ihb1dae.m example to write a code for a 3 variable, coupled, second order fully implicit ode. I have been able to get the code to run but without the Jacobian matrix. I have constructed the matrix but am having trouble arranging the code, as the variables are defined after the matrix is constructed and I haven't been able to alter the order and still get the code to run. If anyone is able to help re-arrange the code that would be very helpful.
