30-((l*c)*dvc^2/dt^2)-((l/r)*dvc/dt)-vc=0;
l=29.5*10^(-3);
c=20*10^(-6);
r=10;

What have you done so far? Do you know what Euler's Method is? Do you know how to turn a 2nd order DE into two 1st order DE's? Do you know how to program a loop?
