How to plot 2 FFT graphs or more which have very large data points in one graph as a lines to compare among them ?

Hi Omar,
Comparing the two different figures, that you have shown, I could see that the major difference is with the no of data points being used in plotting the figures. So I think you could 'downsample' the number of data points obtained from fft to solve your issue.
