about audio watermarking

sir this is very important please help me out of this actually currently i am working on audio watermarking project where i have to first convert the wav file into bits i have to read them and after reading all the audio wav format bits i have to add them with image bits by converting image into bits and adding them and then i have to extract those image bits so will you please temme how caqn i do that i i am sorry to say this but i am new to matlab please sir help me
