My own Signum Function block in SIMULINK

Hello,
I have a problem, I need to define my own signum function with terms (1 if v1>0, x*y*z if v1 = 0, -1 if v1<0) and I have to do my own Simulink block with this function, I have no idea how can I do this, please help!
