When the user tries to run Simulink coder he is denied access (Unable to check our the Simulink Coder License which is required to generate code). When I check the log I see the error below. It is the only error with his ID.
13:56:54 (MLM) DENIED: "Real-Time_Workshop" mzsrxh@HP2UA3250C67 (Licensed number of users already reached. (-4,342:10054 ""))
What are the additional features required to use Simulink Coder, Matlab coder and RTW Ecoder?

The error is described here. While of course a malfunction can never be excluded, it probably means what is says: "Licensed number of users already reached."

I got a call back from our account manager and he explained that the developers did not change the License feature name from Real Time Workshop to Simulink coder when Real Time Workshop was dropped and replaced by Simulink Coder. The Log was telling me the wrong featured was denied. I hope Mathwork's fixes this reporting as it makes it difficult for a support person to identify the real problem.
