Some investigation on the web suggests that you what you are looking for requires the Simulink Design Optimization Toolbox. Maybe you don't have that installed?

I have the optimization toolbox. Either the toolbox is not turned on (but I do not understand why ), or they changed the menu to access it. there are about six months I had watched a video explaining how to optimize the parameters of a model based on the measured values of the real system .
