Color and Sizing difference between display and exported figures.

Hi! I'm working on some code that was written a number of years ago that opens up its own window to input utilize inputed data. This separate window will show two color maps and they look great. The window also has an export functionality where if you click one of the check boxes, you can export these figures as either a text file, .Tiff, .png or .jpeg. The problem I am facing is that when I export these figures using the 2016 version of Matlab, both the color and size of the exported figures are very different from what is displayed in the window. When using the code on a different computer that has the 2015 software it has the color difference but not the sizing issue. Finally, when I ran it on a coworker's computer that still had the 2013 software on it, it worked absolutely fine. I'm wondering what might have changed between the different issues of software. I've been looking through the pertinent section of code and cannot figure out where the issue is. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.
