polynomial plot fitting in matlab

Hi There my code produce several polynomials and their plots .. and also i have a main polynomial and its plot .. i want to find the closest produced polynomial to the main polynomial plot?
the red one is the main plot .. other is produced

Find the standard deviation of each blue curve from red curve. Whose ever curve's standard deviation is least, that curve is close to the red curve.

simple...doc standard deviation in matlab...there is a direct command to get it.
