Feature extraction from three phase signal

Hi

Id like to extract feature from three phase signal in Simulink , i wanna extract feature from both current and voltage is there any way to do this ? and how should i perform ? should i write down m-file for it ?? how should i do that ?

My second question is that how can i apply FDOST ? is there any toolbox for it ??

As my last question how do i create ramp matrix ?
