I have this error message when i save a simulink file

I already wrote this code ' slCharacterEncoding('iso-8859-1'); '

but when I save a simulink file, I have this error message. I want to save this file. What am i doing wrong ???

Which MATLAB version are you using?
The W with the stroke through it: is it possible that is the Won sign, more commonly shown with two strokes through it instead of just one?

What is pathsep showing for you?
With a version that old, I suspect what you are going to have to do is change your MS Windows Regional Settings to USA / English and then start MATLAB again.
