can I give Stateflow condition as a variable to change at the HiL?

Hi,
I develop a model and generate a c-code which will be flashed on an external platform (DS1006 PHS board in general). I would like to know the possibility to edit the stateflow conditions given in my model at the HiL. Can anyone please suggest a possible way to define the stateflow conditions as variables? Thanks.
