Good afternoon,
Why when we make a reference model sometimes appear filled the corners of the block and not others? What is the difference?
Thank you very much

Huh? Stuff happens. Is that a good enough answer?
If not, then you need to provide an example. Show what you think is a problem. Show the code that generated it. If you can't do that, then re-read my answer above.

The Model block has a parameter named SimulationMode that controls how the referenced model is simulated. If the parameter is set to "Normal", the referenced model is indicated by the hollow corners on the Model block icon. Otherwise, if the parameter is set to "Accelerator", the referenced model is indicated by the filled corners on the Model block icon.
