need mfile for insertMarker command.

i am using Matlab 2009. i have to use fuction insertMarker which is not supported in matlab 2009. can anybody provide me the m file for insertMarker command. so that i acn use it in matlab 2009.

The file is copyrighted by Matlab. That means we are not allowed to give you this file.
If you have to use insertMarker, then buy a version that includes it.

Yes. You can get a job (or internship) with Mathworks to get access to the source code and then spend a number of hours with the internal source code to get the subsystem to work with 2009. (The necessary subsystems were not in place until R2012a).
Mathworks is the only one authorized to grant you access to code that you are not licensed for. For the rest of us, our license specifically says that we cannot make the Mathworks code available to other people.
You might possibly find it more convenient to adopt a different approach to whatever you are doing.
