Hi, anybody know how to reconstruct original waveform using two different waveform. one is original waveform and another one is sample waveform. Both waveform data size are 1x2072

?? If you have the original waveform, then you do not need to reconstruct it.
What is the relationship between the two signals that you have and the signal that you want to reconstruct? For example is one of them a lowpass filtering and the other is a highpass filtering for the same signal?

From the very little that you have said, you probably need to
1. Define a model that relates the two.
2, Estimate the parameters of the model, using some appropriate scheme for estimation. The scheme employed typically varies, depending on the model used, the noise structure involved, etc.
The point is, this is entirely a question about modeling. It has nothing to do with MATLAB at this point, because you have not yet learned enough about the problem you actually need to solve. You cannot write code for some completely undefined problem.
So first, define the relationship between the waveforms, in terms of parameters. Is that relationships as simple as a shift and scale in some way? Is it more complex? What is the assumed noise structure? What are you willing to assume?
