Hi
Please, I need to know how to pass an image or stack of images to the imagej from matlab.
I've tried this command:
MIJ.run('Open...', 'path=[E:\\sun\\Endothelium Project\\Endothelium Code\\MIJ Code\\ENDOTHELIAL IMAGES\\12.bmp]');
Put, this will open a file menu each time I read an image. is there any way to do so? Thank you in advance.

When you launch mini you need to use the command Miji( false ); to not launch the ImageJ menu.

javaaddpath 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019a\java\ij.jar'
javaaddpath 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019a\java\mij.jar'
MIJ.start;
ij.IJ.open('C:/Users/.../image.png')
