How to polarplot theta=3*pi/4 ?

theta=3*pi/4

This would be just a single point. Are you sure that this is what you want?
This would be like a straight line passing through origin with angle with positive x axis 3*pi/4

theta = 3*pi/4;
figure(1)
plot(theta, 'pg')
EDIT Using the polar plot:
theta = 3*pi/4;
figure(1)
polar(theta*[1 1], [0 1], '-pg')
theta = 3/4*pi;
plot([0 cos(theta)], [0 sin(theta)])
axis equal
axis([-1 1 -1 1])
r = [-5 5];
theta = repmat(3*pi/4, size(r));
polarplot(theta, r)
Adjust the values in r to suit your desired polar axes radius.
