index exceed matrix dimension. how to solve this?

i have attached the full code along with function.its showing index exceed matrix dimension as a error.i also tried dbstop if error.its showing error in pUE(time,ii)=UE(ii,wUE,R2).i dont know how to solve this ,please help me with correct code to take the solution.i dont know how to change the code.help me.
