Arduino UNO installation problem?

Hi all, downloaded and installed the two hardware packages arduino UNO with Matlab run in administrator. They are showing up in the Manage Add-ons. However, when I try a = arduino() or a = arduino('COM4','uno') I get the common message "You need the MATLAB Arduino support package before you can use this feature. Open Support Package Installer to install support for additional MATLAB hardware."

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Solved it. I did a reinstall through matlab and it went through the USB driver step etc.
