How to find intersections of two errorbar lines?

So I am doing an equation to predict when the popultaion of india will surpass the one of China, i've managed to get the intersection between the two graphs, but i also plotted the lines of error for popultaion size and i cannot seem to find a way to get those intersections using root function like i did before.
