CAN WE USE fftfilt with matlab 2016b version

I am using a matlab code of made in 2014a version, here function for fftfilt is used in betweem. But on running the solver in Matlab 2016b it shows error as Undefined function 'fftfilt' for input arguments of type 'double'. whether the function is valid for 2016 version or not.

If you have the Signal Processing Toolbox then such a function does exist.
