change x-axis in figure

Hi

I plot a graph which x axis starts with 0 to 8e-3. but i want it to start from 3e-3, then this 3e-3 indicates as 0 in x axis. i dont know about which commnd i have to use.would you please anyone help me about it.i put my figure in below.

I make this figure like this. now i want to change x-axis value which starts from 3e-3 but i want to start it from 0 value. so i cant understand about this code. would you please elaborate it. thanks for your response.

Just shift your signal if you want 3e-3 to be the new 0. Instead of plotting x axis values as 0 to 8e-3 just plot 3 to 11e-3 or 3 to 8e-3 or wherever you want the time values to represent.
