How can I find simPowerSystems in simulink library in matlab 2016b?

I downloaded matlab 2016b for trial. I need to work on electric power systerms. I went to Simulink library but I couldn't find simPowerSystem in the library. so what I have to do?

First open question is whether you have downloaded and installed the respective products. If you run the "ver" command in MATLAB, I would expect for you to have at least:

MATLAB                                                Version 9.1         (R2016b)
Simulink                                              Version 8.8         (R2016b)
Simscape                                              Version 4.1         (R2016b)
Simscape Power Systems                                Version 6.6         (R2016b)

If you have them, the blocks you seek are in Simulink -> Simscape -> Power Systems
