In “ observe a relationship recurrence between two successive terms, Ti+1 and T1 ” I believe you are being asked how the n+1-st term relates to the n-th term in the series for cosine. Note that if (-1)^n*x^(2*n)/(2*n)! is one term and (-1)^(n+1)*x^(2*(n+1))/(2*(n+1))! is the next term then the second is equal to the first multiplied by -x^2/((2*n+1)*(2*n+2)).

I see and I agree. But I also have to make a code which work and I start make it but I don't know what is missing or how to move on.So here it how I started: for i=1:length(x) (so x have to be first 10 and then 50) and now I don't know how to continue I mean mathematic I understand but to make it in a code...

You would go through the loop generating terms and adding them to a running total. But instead calculating each term from scratch, remember the previous term and make the minimal change to it required to calculate the new term.
