Hi,
I am new for Matlab. I am facing hard time to converting Pixels to mm. Y-Axis is in um and X-Axis has to be in mm. Because I have another chart in X as mm and Y as um. I have to compile these 2 charts together. Therefore I need to change it.
Thanks, Win

You need to know a spatial calibration factor. For example you snap an image of a ruler and measure how many pixels 12 inches is. Let's say it's 120 pixels. Then you have 10 pixels per inch. So if your distance in your image is 360 pixels, that would be 360 pixels / (10 pixels/inch) = 36 inches.
