How to get haar wavelet transform as sparsification matrix for Compressive Sensing??

I'm working on compressive sensing in WSNs. My problem is with Psi matrix (sparsification matrix) which I want to be Haar wavelet matrix but I don't know how to define it. I have used DCT with matlab function (psi_t = dctmtx(N)) , How to do the same with Haar wavelet? thank you in advance.
