internal error:incorrect file

After double clicking on the Verified Results ...Polyspace is not showing the results ...instead it is telling "INTERNAL ERROR:INCORRECT FILE Please contact Mathworks.com
what has happened actually? how to overcome this issue?

NO, not yet. I thought it would be a normal Warning

for this kind of errors, I suggest you to contact the technical support.
In your request, please attach the verification log, the error that you see could be related to the way the results were generated.
