Hi,
I have two plots shown below. The first one is the Dendrogram plot using the inbuilt matlab function and the second one is a HeatMap written by me. I want to merge these two plots into one so that the Yticklabel '1' of the dendogram plot corresponds to Yticklabel '1' of the HeatMap plot and so on. Is there any way to do this ?
Thanks,
Swarnava

I do not see tick lables in the heat map. What exactly does "correspond" mean?

They appear to be the faint numbers at left of the heat image.
