how to add a block using matlab script to a simulink model

I have created a specific model Eg: SR LATCH block, I want to use this lib model created in my matlab script which generates simulink model, i am able to include all the simulink models bit not the one i have created . Can you please tell me how to do?

Are you looking to add the library blocks you have created into Simulink model using Matlab script? Am I interpreting your question right?
