How to use create stereoparam given calibration data?

I have the respective calibration data (as found in attached file) and was wondering how I can create stereoparams using these data. The data consists of the projection matrices of the left and right cameras, the fundamental matrix, the rotation matrix, and the translation vector. I tried creating camera parameters using the left and right projection matrices, but it doesn't seem to work overall. Can someone help with this? Thank you!
