sir, i am a student and wants to ask that how can in design a code in MATLAB to derive the atmospheric particulate backscattering and extinction coefficient

In a nutshell:
  • Study the field related to that topic, do your assignments, work hard.
  • Learn how to use MATLAB, start with the Introductory Tutorials.
  • Practice creating algorithms to solve problems (read Pólya's excellent book How to Solve It).
