Is there any way to have the size of Outputs the same as the Inputs and different form Target datasize in neural network?

My Inputs X=[k*n] and my Target T=[j*n]. Using the NN toolbox the Output (Y) data will always be the same dimensions as the Target :Y=[j*n]. I wonder if there is anyway to have Y=[k*n]? Thanks in advance

No.
Since the net is designed to create outputs that are as close to the targets as possible,
What you are suggesting doesn't make sense.
Hope this helps.
