Matlab R2015b was the last version with 32 bit support. If you buy a current license, you are allowed to install and run older versions also. Therefore all you have to do is buying a standard license.

Note that I'm a voluntary Matlab user as most other members of the forum. Of course you can and should ask TMW officially before you spend real money. Simply use the "Contact Us" link on top of this page or find the address of the sales team directly.

"I need the software for a graduate project" sounds like a trial version will not satisfy you, because this works for some weeks only. But of course you can contact TMW also concerning this point. Simply ask them.
