Image Size mx3 Convert to RGB

Hey there ,
I am working on HDR image from single image and i make some adjustment on image(low pass filtering etc.) When i was working on image my image size become height x weight. But my original image is equal to heightxweightx3 .
There is a problem when i try to convert it on RGB (i convert ycbcr first) color space it gives me an error about this image sizing.Can anyone help me to figure it what is this x3 . Am i get it back ?

When you have heightxweightx3 yiu have it as RGB already. check with imshow(data). What it shows? Where data is your 3D matrix.

When you "make some adjustment" you evidently converted your color image to grayscale. We don't know what you did, but you did it incorrectly.
