I need help about converting a Tracker code from m file to Simulink Model

Hello fellows,

In the attachment you can find a MATLAB code of CSK Tracker, which is created by J. F. Henriques in the work named "Exploiting the Circulant Structure of Tracking-by-detection with Kernels".

For my project, I need to convert the MATLAB code into a Simulink model. So I built a Simulink model by analyzing the MATLAB code. However there is something wrong in my model and the tracking gate slips away immediately from the target area.

I have double checked it but couldn't find where the problem is. Could you guys please help me?

I have attached my Simulink model and it's workspace .m file.
