Incorrect body dimensions when combining two working models

Hello, I have two Simulink/Simbody models. They are working fine when being simulated individually. However, when I combined them into one model and simulated, some of the body lengths of one model becomes much larger. I have checked the units. Both are in mm. Anybody knows what is going wrong?
