Non linear output time from Simulink model

Hello I have a simulink model that does what I want. Here is the output in Scope.

But when I load data to workspace there is non linear time so the result is distorted. Here is an example. There is time vector in the left picture and data vector in the right picture. With the combination of both it works great but I need to work with them separately .

Please does anyone know how to make necessary corrections to have undistorted data? I will provide data if needed. Thank you!
