How to change the density of Simscape Multibody demos?

In the demos, I often see:
density = simmechanics.demohelpers.densities; nameofobject.density = density.steel;
where nameofobject is the name of an object in the model.
Could you please let me know besides steel, what other options are available? How can I change all the parts of a model to aluminium? Thank you

simmechanics.demohelpers.densities is a built-in matlab function. The output is a structure that contains the density of aluminum, steel, titanium and brass.
