Hi all,
I have an .lsm file containing 4x RGB images. I tried to read this file on different ways but without success. The tiffread function (m.file obtained from http://www.cytosim.org/other/) was kinda useful but the outcome images are grayscaled. What I need is the original RGB colour image in the .lsm file. Is it possible and if yes, do you have any hints? Thanks!
