How to import excel file into "phat" function to get unknown weibull parameters

I need to find shape and scale parameters for dataset of 67000 points.This dataset involves both observed and censored data.So i need to import excel file of the same into phat function which returns these parameters. Please tell me how to do this. I already tried with "xlsread" command but it is showing error. Kindly reply as soon as possible...
